General information about the band
The PATRIMONIUM project - is a rapidly gaining popularity band that wins "the hearts and ears" of the public at any concert stage. The PATRIMONIUM, being managed by the founder and artistic director, is fighting for the standards in sound quality and show of the international level which makes it radically different from the majority of other bands without actually having any analogues in the repertoire, performance style, concert sound quality and coherence in the country of origin (Moldova). Lately the band performs in reputable pubs, clubs of classical cultural & musical orientation, as well as in concert halls, the open airs, at holiday and corporate parties.
The PATRIMONIUM project is very well and expensively equipped technically - using for the live performances the best original instruments - 6- and 7-string bass guitars, a custom built drum set, projected & hand-assembled by leader of the band, two electric guitars of the first level - Jackson and Ibanez Prestige, keyboards of Roland, Korg and others companies, as well as the best microphones, cables and sound processors. The band comes to the stage with its original calibrated sound in a personal maxer. If the inviting party does not have any sound equipment, the band has the opportunity to bring its own sound equipment consisting of two professional class concert subwoofers and four speakers with a total power of up to 2 kilowatts, enough for the sound reinforcement of a pub or party.
Translated from the Latin language the word "PATRIMONIUM" means - the inheritance / legacy that very clearly reflects the objective of the PATRIMONIUM Project - a band sustaining the traditions of the bygone era of neo-classical music of the 20th century.
The Band's logo contains a symbolic meaning - at the first glance it may seem that a semi-circular Earth stands on three elephants, and those in their turn - on a huge turtle, but if you look closely - you can see that the Earth is, after all, round, and above it there fly the space satellites, and the elephants and the turtle also listen to music with modern headphones ... In this logo an artistic allegory is pawned, saying: "This is the oldschool music, but the approach to it, as well as the technical component - are absolutely brand new - modern and high quality".
The PATRIMONIUM Project (at the beginning existed only as the PATRIMONIUM Rock Band) was established as an independent musical project in October 2014 in Chisinau. The purpose of the project was the formation of a cover band with the original "true" sound of the old classic blues and rock songs of the bygone era, with the program of songs, some of which are more than 50 years old. The band members initially agreed that it was the right time to raise the cultural level of the listener by using the traditional neoclassical live performance of music of the 20th century, which has set the certain requirements and standards for the project. This idea served as a reference point in the formation of the band - the focus was on two main strategic points: 1. The structure of a "full rock band" - live with 6 misicians - 2 guitarists (rhythm and solo), bassist, keyboardist, drummer and vocalist (which ensures the completeness of the band's sound and its rich polyphony), in September 2015 the second professional drummer has entered the band's structure; 2. The special approach to the technical and artistic sides with a focus on the extraction and squeezing out the maximum possible quality of a live performance, so that the audience could enjoy not a pantomime or a parody of the old classic blues and rock, nut a truthful performance with a sound reminiscent of the good old studio record - the band started from the principle that "the music and the sound must be true, not an imitation."
The PATRIMONIUM was shaping its structure, looking for its own sound, and prepared the program from October 2014 until June 2015. The project started the first live shows in July 2015 and quickly gathered good reputation.
Besides the basic classic blues-rock program the PATRIMONIUM prepares a unique musical BREAKTHROUGH!
The electronic music 100% LIVE!!!
Currently, in addition to the PATRIMONIUM ROCK BAND the musicians started working on the second project - The PATRIMONIUM CLUB ORCHESTRA - the band is preparing a special dance program of classic blues and rock, upgraded and transformed to the modern electronic styles - the Dub Step, House, Trance and Techno - a special program for the nightclubs and discos. This is a unique musical product for the Moldovan market and also an exclusive product for the internation live music market and is being prepared for the 100% live performance, just like the rest of the program of the PATRIMONIUM Project.
